Morgan Rose-Marie (née Riedl) is a queer writer and an Assistant Professor at Utah Valley University. She has a PhD from Ohio University and an MA from Colorado State University. Her work has been featured or is forthcoming in The Normal School, Pleiades, Tampa Review, Heavy Feather Review, Permafrost, Allium: a Journal of Poetry & Prose, After Happy Hour Review, Sonora Review , and Entropy (rip), among others.

She lives in the foothills of the Beehive State with her wife and their orange cat, their Haflinger mare and their Araloosa gelding named Roo. You will soon be able to follow along on Roo's journey on the YouTube channel: Whinny-the-Roo.
